Sierra Nevada
This was my latest commissioned project. It involves bringing a special place to your personal space, turning your area into the destination you always want to be. To achieve this, I used special water-based wall paint in three colors: white, gray, and beige. This artwork is located in Santiago, Chile
Meet the Artist
Santiago, ChileAn emerging artist at 24, was born and educated in Santiago, Chile. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. Simultaneously, for seven years (2015-2022), she studied under the guidance of the renowned artist Andrés Baldwin. Additionally, she took private printmaking classes with the artist and professor Claudio Vidal from 2021 to 2022.
In 2019, she participated in the collective exhibition "Imagen Impresa" at the Cultural Corporation of La Reina, Centro Vicente Bianchi. Beyond her creative pursuits, she shared her knowledge as a private teacher for children from 2022 to 2023. In 2022, she worked as a salesperson at the Chilarte art gallery.
Currently, she is immersed in her artistic journey in South Korea, living amidst mountains and embracing the winter experience. Her strong inspirations drive her work across various mediums, including oil painting, printmaking, and drawing. The connection with nature and the experiences in mountainous settings significantly influence and inspire her artistic endeavors.
