This illustration was created as the cover art for the book Se quebró el cielo. The creative process began traditionally, with pencil sketches on paper developed alongside the reading of the novel, allowing the imagery to emerge directly from the story’s atmosphere. Later, the piece was fully realized in Procreate, blending dramatic color gradients and surreal elements to capture the book’s central themes of rupture, mystery, and transcendence.
