Remodeling Dance Room with the Youth Work in Villmergen by Take's Artstreet in Zurich

A little universe of her own in the dance room of her youth center. This is what the young people of Villmerg wished for in June 2019. It was the time when I was able to complete my civil service at the youth and leisure association in Wohlen. This was also my favorite job so far, which I have been able to have in my life so far. Unfortunately, the remaining days of service ended faster than desired. This project was to be one of my last tasks as a civilian service provider and at the same time the start of a nice collaboration with the VJF. So we painted the wall opposite the dancing mirror an almost perfect black and masked everything carefully. Unfortunately not carefully enough. I was able to learn that when spraying indoors, the paint particles settle as a fine layer of dust over everything, despite ventilation. This mistake will definitely not happen to me again. The end result was all the better for it. The youngsters were happy with their newly designed dance room and I was able to end the day with a smile.
