Reliquary
Graphite pencils on paper. This piece is about the way prey animals hide their injury or sickness until the end to avoid being perceived as a vulnerable easy target by predators. Like how cats often hide in a closet to die. And how people refuse to confront problems in their relationships until it's too late.
