Rebranding Kirkgate Market.
This reusable and biodegradable paper bag will replace the thousands of plastic bags used to package goods for customers in the fresh market, while raising awareness of the market itself. Since Kirkgate market is the crowning glory of Leeds, I wanted to conserve this gem by highlighting the sense of community in the market, especially among the traders, and encouraging more people to visit for fresh goods.

Leeds, United KingdomHi, I'm an illustrator and designer based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. With a BA (Hons) in Illustration from Leeds Arts University and over two years of industry-level internships, I have developed a strong foundation in illustration and merchandise design. My work blends analog materials with digital tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Procreate, incorporating a wobbly, quirky aesthetic with bold personality. I have hands-on experience running my own clothing brand, managing everything from logo creation and packaging design to digital advertising. Additionally, I have collaborated with multiple companies on live briefs, such as Penguin Books and Grow Magazine and was recently commissioned to design a logo and typography for a new Thai restaurant in Leeds. Adaptability is at the core of my approach—I tailor my style to meet each project’s goals while maintaining high-quality standards under tight deadlines.
