I am a Marine Biologist turned wildlife artist and muralist with my studio based in Owen Sound, Ontario. I have been a signature member of Artists for Conservation since 2019 with a united vision to preserve and sustain our natural heritage. In my work, I strive to capture the unique behaviours of animals and give us a window into the sentimental moments in their lives. I have supported conservation with every work created since transitioning to painting full-time in 2020.
I primarily create wildlife compositions on canvas and panels in my studio and ship my work to collectors across the globe. I love to work with collectors and create custom designs featuring animals seen on their travels or pets from their photographs. I also collaborate with a wide range of talented wildlife photographers as well to source reference images of requested species. I generally have a 2-4 month waitlist for commission works. In 2021, I began creating murals and have since travelled to create large-scale murals in three countries. Creating large works of art is incredibly fun and a welcome change of pace from my smaller, detailed works.
