Pop Culture Celebration by HOWiEKECK in Union City

Even tho I paint realistic/surreal oil paintings… my commercial style that everyone has taken to is a combination of brush and airbrush of realistic pop culture imagery that I do in black & white or regular acrylic or oil color or fluorescent color which has become my most popular. I started out a sign and billboard painter which gave me the skills of reproducing art on a large scale and painting typography as well. Then I started painting my pop culture collages in black and white and leasing them to the huge cavernous night clubs of NYC. Currently I have 4 large murals in Manhattan that are of the pop culture , fluorescent style. They include accurate portraits of celebrities mixed with flora and fauna, cartoons, architecture and any current pop culture iconography. It is the only art I know that people let out audible screams of glee when laying eyes upon it. I am also a master of cutting glass and creating gorgeous glass mosaics for commercial and residential use. A few years ago I created a 30ft x 30ft sunburst mural for Disney World resorts in Orlando. This is my mosaic masterpiece!
