NZCA Easter Sports Tournament 2023 Merch Design
The 2023 New Zealand Chinese Association Easter weekend sports tournament offical merchandise design. This annual event celebrates Chinese New Zealand culture and pays homage to the annual Chinese zodiac. Due to Covid 2022 was cancelled so 2023 combines both the year of the Tiger and the year of the Rabbit.
Meet the Artist
Fitzroy North, AustraliaLaura is a highly skilled graphic designer with a Bachelor of Design (Honours) in Visual Communication Design. She excels in Adobe Creative Suite, traditional and digital illustrations, and photography. Her achievements include completing 4 original murals for Chorus Fibre around Auckland, New Zealand and representing the Otago Southland Chinese Association with her illustrations.
Laura is not only passionate about art but also dedicated to animal awareness education. She has volunteered for 1.5 years at BirdCare Aotearoa and actively supports wildlife conservation initiatives. Her artwork often incorporates themes of nature and animals, aiming to raise awareness and promote empathy. Laura's unique blend of creativity, social consciousness, and design expertise makes her a valuable asset to any artistic endeavour.
