Nike Collaboration by Emcie Turineck in Montreal

For the celebration of Nike’s new retail store at the Montreal Eaton centre, I was commissioned to create 20 vibrant illustrations inspired by the city, sports, and street art. Amongst these designs was my own take on the iconic Nike "Swoosh" and “ Just do it”, as well as various characters engaging in sport. These illustrations were transformed into “Nike’s Customization Studio stickers”,which are iron on decals consumers could use to customize their Nike apparel on site during the store opening. This was an immersive and interactive event, inviting people to be creative with their custom designs and interact with me in the heart of the Eaton Center. Once designs were conceptualized, they were heat pressed on site with the help of a specialized team. The results one of a kind unique, collectible pieces of apparel created using vibrant and playful artworks. July 2023
