NCAD Grad Show by Lua Art Rituals in Mexico City

NCAD Grad Show

For my graduation show at NCAD Dublin, I created a site-specific mural that transformed two rooms into a sanctuary of sacred geometry and three-dimensional flower installations. The basis of sacred geometry is the Flower of Life, which symbolizes the interconnectedness of all things. This concept is at the heart of my murals, which I envision as portals guiding viewers on an inner journey full of magic, colors, and energy. Each piece is designed to reflect the intrinsic patterns found in nature, encouraging a sense of harmony and oneness. In this installation, I adorned the walls with intricate patterns inspired by sacred geometry and Islamic designs, reconstructed in a modern way. The geometric forms, combined with three-dimensional flower installations, created an immersive environment that invited contemplation and tranquility. The flowers added a tactile dimension to the space, enhancing the viewer's experience and deepening their connection to the artwork.
