My Best Friend By The Fire In Her Narrow Boat

Meet the Artist
Birmingham, United KingdomI am an artist based in Birmingham, UK, living and working from my narrowboat home, and Hockley art studio.
Having exhibited for several years with Advocate Art, Wimbledon, UK, In addition to independent group and solo shows with artists such as Krysia Michna-Nowak, winning the 1998 Young Artist Award at the Society of Women Artists Open Exhibition, Mall Galleries, London, I relocated to France and Malta in my thirties, holding private shows at O'Boheme Bar Culturel, Toulouse, France, e..Gallery, Victoria, Malta, and The Citadella Cultural Centre, Victoria, Malta.
Having expanded my practice during residencies in Finland and India, I am now drawing great inspiration from my growing roots on the UK canal system. My work has been featured in The Hindu Times and The Times Malta Sunday Supplement. I work to commission or private sales of original pieces. Also available for live painting.
