Mother
This was my debut into the art scene. After becoming a mum for the first time I felt the need to express myself creatively through canvas painting. The Bayside Art Festival was commencing so I entered my piece “Mother” and was thrilled to have my piece exhibited with 20 other finalists. To add more joy to the occasion my artwork was selected as the People’s Choice winner for the Visual Arts category! This was a very firm stepping stone for me to continue on my artist journey.
