Moomba Festival "Birdman Rally" Trophy 2nd 2023
These trophies were commissioned by The City of Melbourne as part of the iconic Moomba Festivals Birdman Rally and presented to the victors.
Mixed Media Paper Mache sculpture made mostly from recycled materials, painted with acrylics and then coated in resin. These are strong functional items, made to be shaken in the air in celebration.
Meet the Artist
Reservoir, AustraliaHi! I am a multi disciplined Artist based in Melbourne, Australia
with inspiration coming from old school Anime & video games, nature, design and colour I enjoy creating new worlds with the intent of sparking imagination in others.
I am self-taught and work with in range of mediums and surfaces from watercolour, acrylics and oils to murals and sculpture. I like to let the medium decide what it wants to do as it allows for a unique feel to each project.
