Miss Bowers by MonicaGall in Austin

I am a writer and illustrator and have been creating art professionally for over 20 years. I've worked for several known comics publishers, as well as self-published my own mini-comics and books. Before moving to full-time freelance, I worked for 15 years as a graphic and web designer for a government contractor. After years of working in comics and illustration part time, I landed a gig that enabled me to do comics full time. Since then, I've taken on a variety of jobs within and challenging my skill set, including writing scripts, adapting novels into comic books, commissioned portraiture, and creating design and illustration products for clients, but I'm always on the hunt for her next project adventure. I live in Austin with my husband, two cats, three step-daughters, and can’t get enough cryptids in my life.
