MiQ (Common Area Wall)
Led the creative direction and solo execution of a large-scale interior mural for miQ, transforming an approved design into a fully realized on-site installation. This project involved concept development, client collaboration, detailed sketching, material selection, and independently completing the mural on location over five days. Created using a combination of aerosol and acrylic paint, the work was designed to reflect the space’s energy while aligning with miQ’s brand identity and visual language
Meet the Artist
Toronto, Canada
Anna Carina is a dedicated Visual Artist with a decorated background in a variety of artistic mediums.
Though her formal background was in Makeup Artistry, She later merged her experience of boundless abstract methods from her editorial work onto a canvas.
She was undeniably drawn to self-expression, and quickly became acquainted with the air of freedom that followed after a paint session as her art journey began to unfold.
Through texture and vibrancy, her style could be loosely described as the marriage between pop art surrealism and abstract expressionism.
Art, and all it embodies has always served as the main character. The fundamental catalyst in every chapter of her story thus far.
Her choice in colours, alongside her spontaneous strokes are vivid declarations of the way she prefers to see her world; bright with infinite layers.
What emerges on the canvas is an internal language that is highly emotional and personal, yet at the same time yearns to touch you and make you feel something.
