Midvale Mural Festival 2022 by JOBRO Murals in Salt Lake City

I am a mural artist based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. I've been a professional artist for 7 years, I began my career as an illustrator working primarily with apparel, then I continued on to the world of marketing and painting commissions and eventually found my passion painting murals. I've done interior, exterior, interactive and specialized murals all up and down Utah. My style is largely influenced by skateboard and snow sport brands I grew up around as a kid, and is also inspired by the comic books and graphic novels I loved then and now. Works of public art are a way to bring people together and is a way to brighten people's lives as they go about their everyday acts. It brings art to the people, and places and spaces that embrace public art like murals are richly rewarded through people making memories in those spaces and developing a desire to share those memories with others.
