This piece was painted Brooklyn New York. It is inspired by Coney Island mermaids. It has water colors and use on two canvases. I was inspired by the contemporary style of painters use with the abstract face and the features makes it feel like it is underwater. It shows the flow of one color to another and how she seems to glow in the water. I love the child stories about the mermaid is also seen as a siren in some stories
