MARTKD Live Painting Competition by MindOfMila in Detroit

Mila is a multi disciplinary artist known for her work that showcases diversity and celebration. She rented first studio while overseas in London, and presented her first body of work there. Mila has showcased in Miami’s Art Basel, as well as, Art Prize in Grand Rapids. All her work is rooted in three foundational themes; to uplift, inspire, or educate. The best of it embodies all three. You can see public murals of hers in various places across Michigan State University, Eastern Grand Rapids, Downtown Lansing, and of course Detroit. This year she completed the Detroit Artists Apprentice Program with City Walls Detroit and had her first museum installation on exhibit in the Broad Art Museum.
