Mahsa Amini
This was an homage to the Iranian hero, Masha Amini, who was tortured to death by the Iranian regime. Her tragic death became of symbol for Iranian solidarity against the tyrannical government. This mural was painted to highlight the celebrate the life of Mahsa Amini without her hijab, and the success of a matriarch led revolution.

Edmonton, CanadaBusyrawk is a self-taught, South Korean artist based in amiskwaciwâskahikan (Treaty 6, Edmonton, Alberta). He specializes in painting realistic and detailed portraits of people and animals with eye-catching lighting and dynamic colours, using aerosol paint.
