Magpie for Abbotsford

This painted magpie was created as a part of a larger mural that traversed two levels along a large stairwell. I wanted to bring clever colour and design into the space, and showcase the Australian magpie - especially as the site was deep in the heart of Abbotsford. Painted with Resene paint, the magpie is 4m high.
