I was tasked by The Leith Agency with bringing a unique concept to life through the medium of illustration for Macallan Whisky. As part of the launch of their ‘Distil Your World’ Mexico edition whisky brand, the brief was to illustrate four mythical creatures known as ‘Alebrijes’, which were presented as a combination of Scottish & Mexican animals. These represent the whisky’s Scottish heritage and its Mexican-inspired tasting notes. The animated stained-glass-window illustrations were showcased on large LED screens at exclusive consumer events across the globe.
