Long Live by Johann Avendano in Miami
Long Live
Long Live was an 80 x 18 ft mural created entirely with spray paint. Located in Wynwood, Miami, the piece featured a golden skull surrounded by flowers, symbolizing the fleeting nature of life and the eternity of death. It paid tribute to the idea of legacy and permanence, leaving a strong visual imprint on the urban space. The mural is no longer visible, as the wall was later covered by new construction.
Meet the Artist
Miami, United StatesI’m a muralist, visual artist, and graphic designer with over 20 years of experience. My style blends graffiti, classical art, and contemporary realism, resulting in murals full of symbolism, strong visual impact, and refined technique.
I’ve worked on public and commercial art projects throughout Miami—especially in Wynwood—collaborating with brands, restaurants, and art festivals. My goal is to create artwork that leaves a lasting impression and elevates the spaces it lives in.
Open to indoor and outdoor commissions for businesses, institutions, and private collectors. Bilingual (English/Spanish) and available for work across the U.S.
