Little Critters
This mural was painted on a community centre that is in close vacinity to a childcare centre, I wanted to give a colour explosion that would be appealing to all the young ones with a touch of realism to draw in the older crowd/teenagers.
Meet the Artist
Melbourne, AustraliaLukas is a professional mural artist/designer living in Melbourne, VIC. with 10 years of full-time experience. Lukas has worked with coMy name is Lukas Kasper, and I'm an artist residing in Melbourne, Australia. I specialise in painting murals while also maintaining a studio practice with a design background. My passion for art began in 2009 influenced by street art, graffiti and skateboarding culture.
The motive behind my work has matured over time now focusing primarily on mental health, animals, and the environment. I employ a series of painting techniques and distinct visuals to seamlessly merge these worlds, showcasing a unique display of my traditional street art stylings, adaptive colour usage, native flora and fauna, surrounding inspirations, and flowing line work.
I have been fortunate enough to paint large-scale murals, exhibit my artwork, create designs for major corporations or prominent enterprises, complete artist residencies, create high quality art video productions and facilitate workshops in various parts of the world including but not limited to: Australia, America, Canada, Indonesia, and Thailand.
