Lemonia by Atlas in Byron Bay

Inspired from my heritage from Greece. Crete is where my ancestors are from and where most of the lemon produce is grown in Greece. Lemons are used throughout Greek cooking, and personally I use in everything - learning from my family. Inspired also by the rustic signs on the side of the road when driving road to your destination, with local produce and their fun descriptions - “fresh and zesty.” You’re sure to stop in and taste the nectar.
