Lacoste City Badge: Manchester Edition
Lacoste approached me to design a ‘city badge’ for a limited edition Manchester polo shirt to be sold exclusively in the Manchester branch of Selfridges.
The design combines various elements of Manchester’s architecture, history and culture and was made into an embroidered badge.
Meet the Artist
Manchester, United KingdomI am a freelance illustrator and graphic artist from Manchester. I have over 20 years' experience, in which time I have worked for such clients as Carlsberg, Lacoste and Live Nation.
Much of my illustrated work tells a story, either about a place, a person or an organisation. I relish the challenge of storytelling through graphics and always enjoy the research involved in ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of the story that I am portraying.
The work is often very detailed and contains visual references that help draw the viewer in and engage with the work.
