Juvenile Facility Activity Room Mural by David Young Jr in Detroit

David is both an artist and Visual Art Teacher and currently teaches high school art in Detroit, Michigan. David is a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University earning his Masters in Teaching and has been teaching for 11 years. Before teaching, he served as a teacher assistant for the Saginaw Public Schools for 14 years. David’s art work has exhibited in several exhibitions throughout Michigan. David has recently completed a series of paintings consisted of Motown Legends. These paintings are permanently on display at the Motown Air BNB in Detroit, just a few houses down from Motown Hitsville USA.
