It’s All In Your Head
This piece was one of my favorites to create, and what inspired me to begin a series of ‘mantra’ pieces. I created this colorful painting to serve as a reminder that our thoughts create our reality, and often our reality can be taken over by anxious thoughts. In an efforts to ease the anxiety I often struggle with, I remind myself that sometimes, it can all just be in my head.

I have been painting since 2013 and my passion for abstract developed at a time I was looking for freedom and expressed it through the paint brush. As a little girl I always thought If I could have any job in the world, it would be an artist. One day I decided to begin to turn that dream into a reality.
