Interior Mural Commission
This was a commission for an Artist's home. They asked me to create a pattern based on one of their favourite paintings. I created three variations on my design, and provided hand painted sample to show the client. I received great feedback and they have since booked me to create two more murals in their house.
Meet the Artist
England, United KingdomI am an artist based in Walthamstow specialising in Murals. My work is lively and bright and focuses on pattern and colour. I like to transform spaces by covering them in hand painted pattern, mimicking wallpaper. I create my own patterns sometimes from life and sometimes taking inspiration from patterns I see in the background of paintings by artists such as Hockney, Bonnard and Matisse.
