A reimagined Houghton Valley pre rubbish tip with a clean stream running to the stream. Painted to honour the hard work of local environmental kaitiaki who worked hard to make trails, clean the creek, remove rubbish, and replant.
Painted with Dulux exterior paint and coated with a epoxy sealer

I love using patterns and repetition as well creating whimsical pieces that provoke peace and nostalgia. I also paint in water colour, gauche and acrylic. But murals are my favourite.
