"I am a cutting taken from my home, propagated in foreign soil. My roots they've grown, entwined with new life, and yet they yearn for the taste of the earth where the seeds and aged blossoms of my family still fall." This piece was my contribution to a community mural gathering to repaint the walls of a local establishment. This event was organized by local leaders and artists each added a mural along the walls.
