The artwork portrays a scene of lily pads and waterlilies adrift on a water surface that reflects the trees. The gel medium, in conjunction with alcohol ink, produces a richly textured backdrop, against which acrylics are used to bring the lily pads to life, resulting in a captivating display. As someone who hails from a land of rivers, this painting is e specially meaningful to me. I took great care to ensure that every detail of this artwork was captured with precision and attention to detail. All work are done in a smoke and pet free environment. Premium quality professional grade paper and water colours have been used.
