Hand Lettered Shelf
This shelf is made from a section of an old sailing boat. The client wanted the name of the boat hand lettered across the front of the shelving as a nod to the origin of the wood.
Meet the Artist
Ross-on-Wye, United KingdomI am a UK based artist and would primarily describe myself as a painter. However, I am also a self taught calligrapher and enjoy illustration.
I have been painting for as long as I can remember and paint was my medium of choice throughout my studies. I welcome commissions on canvas, or other hangable surfaces, but love working large scale on wall mural commissions.
I am a lockdown-taught modern calligrapher and can provide in-event stationary; place cards, seating plans, welcome signage, personalized gift bags.
Drawing skills also allow me to dabble in illustration, both digitally and on paper. One of my bucket list wishes is to illustrate a children’s book one day!
