Halfway through winter
This little commission is really important to me: a friend lost her dad during 2020 and we were talking about grief, acceptance and the empty space ls9me peoplr can leave in our life, her daughter come up to us and said to my friend "I m here my mariposa (butterfly in spanish)". Suddenly her eyes fill up with tears as she tell me that is what her dad used to tell her while consoling her... this inspired this little painting: nothing really end and all the people we love may not be here anymore, but the love they teach us will be passed down to others, whom will teach it to others and so on.

Dublin, IrelandThe main reason that push me to do art is dealing with emotions: most the drawing I do are consended stories I have heard from friends or even strangers and others are my personal feelings about my self and towards others. I'm good at describing vibes using colours and lines, little symbology.
