Gurjurat village children, India series

Oil on canvas. I travelled to India many years ago and fell in love with the country and its vibrant culture and beautiful people. I was lucky enough to stay with a family in this village in Gujurat. While on my travels I took many photographs to later return home to paint. I then created a series of over 20 paintings from India for a Solo show in Melbourne.
