Graffiti-Inspired Fence Mural Community Art Practice by Rebecca McAdams in Chicago

Graffiti-Inspired Fence Mural Community Art Practice

Graffiti-Inspired Practice Wall – Community Fence Mural This large-scale mural was created as a live painting session on a temporary outdoor fence, allowing space to practice lettering, color blending, and layering techniques in a graffiti-inspired style. The centerpiece word “BETTA” uses vibrant fills and dynamic shadows, surrounded by tags, icons, and a bold red star. This piece was developed to experiment with public-style art in an open community setting while building technical skills with spray paint and large-format planning.
