At Studio ātman, each art creation is an exploration of the essence, the rasa. Guided by scholarship, we translate centuries-old heritage into Graffiti, murals, wall art, illustration books, picture books, hand-painted collectibles, merchandise, as well as digital and traditional artworks, engaging both physical and digital spaces. Studio ātman’s mission is to create research-driven artworks grounded in Indian aesthetics and philosophy. Through the visual translation of aesthetic principles, myths, and concepts across diverse schools of thought within the Indian subcontinent, we bring inherited knowledge to visual form. Through interdisciplinary practice and collaboration, we seek to cultivate rasānubhava, foster cultural continuity, and build meaningful engagement between artists, audiences, and heritage.
