Girl with the spider by Annie C in Melbourne

I look in her eyes and I see stoicism. Like nothing faze her, even with a purple orb spider with its scarily close to her eye. I look deeper into her eyes and I see…..defiance. Perhaps she is scared after all, perhaps she is an arachnophobic just like me, but she wont give into it. She's been through too much to give into this fear. Wow, I admire her, I fear her, and perhaps there's a tiny part of me that wants to be her. What are your thoughts on the 'Girl with the Spider'?
