Hi, I'm Alice - a freelance illustrator / animator based in Manchester! While I often use illustration to craft characters and environments for animation, I also create standalone artwork that responds to current social, political, and environmental issues. Initially created as speculative work, many of the illustrations I posted online have gained international recognition and led to a thriving print shop. A key strength of mine is adaptability. I tailor my illustration style to suit the tone and goals of each brief—whether that means delicate linework, bold vector graphics, playful cartoons, realistic light-aware portraits, or richly illustrated backgrounds for animated scenes. I alternate between Procreate, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop (using an industry-standard graphics tablet), depending on the visual feel and requirements of each project.
