Meet the Artist
Morelia, MexicoJulio, also known as Chous. I am a graphic designer by profession and a graphic artist by nature. I specialize in large-scale illustration expressed through murals, as well as traditional and digital illustration. With 23 years of experience in the world of urban art, I have had the opportunity
to work for brands, companies, and important projects both in Mexico and around the world.
My main focus is on space recovery and crime prevention through art, as well as creating concepts for any type of project.
I have had the honor of showcasing my work in prestigious galleries in countries such as the United States, China, and Spain, as well as doing mural interventions in various European countries.
My pieces have become part of historic buildings, and my goal is to fill the world's grayest spaces with color.
