Flow
Flow is a commissioned work for the client's main bedroom. The mural was inspired by graphic wallpaper in a luxurious hotel where the couple stayed. The waves represent the ocean where the couple met overseas, briefly separated, reunited, had two children and continued as a strong family unit.
Meet the Artist
Sippy Downs, AustraliaHi, I'm Mieke, a contemporary artist and place-maker creating site-responsive murals and installations. I am multi-skilled, blending hand painting, aerosol and airbrushing techniques to create realistic, illustrative or abstract murals. I enjoy translating and refining my client's vision into unique concepts and styles to fit their homes, businesses or public spaces.
