Floating
Floating is the 2nd painting in my story book series. The story of a boy and girl who fall madly in loving. Loosing a part of themselves. The 2 lovers leave on different paths to grow and heal. Floating is full of memories. Each bubble is a memory. This was painted in my studio in Tucson in 2023. It was truly a labor of love.

Meet the Artist
Newkirk, United StatesI am an Oklahoma based artist. I grew up in Oklahoma and just returned after 20 years. Love inspires all my work. I have been passionate about art for my entire life. I've done commissions for a few business but mostly, I've worked with private clients. I graduated suma cum laude with my degree in Fine Arts, in 2011. I have amazing technical skills. My last show was a group show at Studio Noho, in Los Angeles. It was called tiny embers, small paintings with big ideas. Through the years I have been working mainly in surrealism. Which, I fell in love with thanks to Kay Sage, Dali, and Frida. I would love to work on something for you.
