This beautiful, large painting (122 x 107cm) was inspired by a stunning sunset while I was on a trip to Istanbul, Turkey. The fiery red and orange reflection of the sun in the water looked absolutely spectacular amidst the darker blue of the sea. I chose acrylics as the medium and painted this image in an impressionist/abstract style.
