I believe in creating art that moves people. When I create commissioned art, I always suggest folks think about something personal. So that when its complete, it will hopefully evoke an emotion, whether its happiness, or sadness due to memory of a lost one. I think if my art can move you, that fulfils my intention. I get so much joy from creating art, that it makes me wonder: how can I get other people — even if they don't consider themselves artists — on the creativity train? I create art, with a message based on what I think or how I feel, and share it with others to observe how they try to interpret it. This always opens the door for communicating and sharing different views.
