Film noir
In this work I have used film noir as my main inspiration and tried to capture one of the famous Bollywood couples as my subjects.
I have used paint and thread in this work to merge them together. Used blue monotones as my color palette as it really captures the romance between these people sad and passionate at the same time

Meet the Artist
Lawson, AustraliaI am a watercolour and embroidery artist. I do commissions of graphite and watercolour portraits. My main color palettes are monotones but love working in colors as well. I do very detailed and miniature detail work . My basic work inspired from film noir and use of dramatic lightening for my subjects. I also do embroidery portraits where I use only one thread and manipulate it into different tones .
