Evening City Glow

The draining days are done. We watch as the city begins to glow under the setting sun. The rain is gone, the shine of the evening is here, ready for us to step out into the night. Inspired by the colours of the setting sun, as they fall on the streets. Reflecting off structures and flooding the landscape with electric colour. Capturing the oncoming of night, in all its alluring beauty and enticing wonder, bringing an exciting pop of colour to any space. Created August 2021 Mixed Media, created over an upcycled painting, on cotton canvas. 14in x 14in (approx. 35.5 x 35.5cm) Acrylic paint, paint pen, oil pastel and acrylic ink.
