Euclid Farms T-shirt Designs
Euclid Farms commissioned me to design two shirt graphics for them inspired by their love for playful art and florals. I enjoy working with this client to much and we collaborate together on designs. I provided one design in two colours so they could have a spring and fall drop.
Hello, my name is Emcie, and I am an illustrator and artist based in Montreal Québec. With a strong sensibility for narrative, I create highly emotive characters and scenes distinguished by vibrant colours, bold lines, patterns and movement. I am a disabled artist living chronic illness, making art helps me navigate myself and explore my inner world. My process is fuelled by my affinity for humour, joy and storytelling, and as a result I carry a unique capacity for exploring both difficult and playful subjects. The characters i create are dynamic and lively, drawn from my own experiences and well as magic and surreal elements.
The name Spll Girl is inspired by clumsiness and my unabashed desire to spill into what I see, do, and feel. The missing “ I” in spill is a result of a typo i decided to embrace.
I have collaborated with commercial brands, advertising agencies, magazines, newspapers and publishers, and agencies.
Looking forward to meeting you and working on a project.
