Electric Cats 2
This was done at another hostel in India which was famously known for all of the owners cats. So much so that the owner had named his hostel 'Electric Cats'. He wanted a mural on the 2 walls that people see as they first walk onto the property on arrival. This was hand painted on a concrete wall.

I'm Neil, I grew up in the Philippines and was that guy who was always drawing in class and was known at school and uni for being an artist. I dreamed of going to fine art school but couldn't afford to so went on to study hotel and restaurant management. In my late 20's I got back into art and started doing murals at hostels, guesthouses and cafes on the island I was living on. That was 3 years ago. Since then I've worked on numerous projects in the Philippines, Sri Lanka, India, Nepal and in New Zealand. I moved to New Zealand 1 year ago and am excited to continue painting here and bringing more colour to peoples lives. I've just finished my first mural here in Gisborne and am currently working on 2 more, will yours be next?
