El Bosque or "The Forest" is a mural painted using a mix of acrylic paint, brushes and spray paint. It was a commissioned for a marquetry located in Bogotá's art district, San Felipe. The wall is approximately 3 x 2,5 meters and it took two and a half days to complete
Meet the Artist
New York, United StatesI’m a Colombian artist based in Brooklyn, New York. I studied an animation career so I’m comfortable with its several processes, from sketching, storyboarding, cinematography, all the way to illustrating, art directing, painting and animating, however for a few years now I’ve fallen in love with painting murals. I think it’s an amazing way to display art and make it available for a broader audience.
