This illustration is a hand-drawn piece in my sketchbook for Earth Day. Celebrating the forms of nature combined with the human spirit, this piece combines some my favourite elements: portraiture and nature. It was drawn using a fineliner pen and alcohol markers.

Meet the Artist
Toronto, CanadaI am a Dutch-Colombian artist and illustrator based in Toronto, Canada. I hold a bachelor of Design in Illustration from the Ontario College of Art and Design University, and have been creating art my whole life. Drawing is my specialty, but I paint on the regular too. I use a broad variety of materials in my work, from pen and ink to alcohol markers to oil pastels to watercolour to acrylic paint.
