Dream Machine by Kailey Geary Art in Boise
Dream Machine
Completed in October 2023, “Dream Machine” stands 85 feet tall and 30 feet wide.
Dream Machine was meticulously designed to resonate with its location. Sunnyside, once the industrial heart of Denver, inspired the mural’s prominent gears, symbolizing the area’s mechanical past. As the design evolved, the mural took on the form of a machine, merging with my unique flair for geometry and high-vibe aesthetics.
My goal was to create a piece that encourages viewers to explore its intricacies, sparking their imaginations and inspiring them to dream big. I hope Dream Machine serves as a catalyst for conscious thought and creativity.
Meet the Artist
Boise, United StatesHi! I’m Kailey, a professional muralist and fine artist based in Boise, Idaho. With over seven years of experience, I specialize in transforming spaces through large-scale public art and bold, engaging canvas work. My style is defined by vibrant color palettes, layered textures, and geometric patterns inspired by nature and movement. I strive to create visually striking pieces that bring energy, depth, and personality to the environments they inhabit.
I’ve completed more than 25 murals across the country, from large exterior walls and commercial spaces to community-driven school projects. My process is collaborative, detail-oriented, and rooted in strong design principles. I’m experienced in managing every stage of a mural project—from initial concept and client communication to scaling and execution on-site.
In addition to murals, I create fine art on canvas, primarily using acrylic and mixed media. My studio work often explores composition, pattern, and color in ways that reflect my love for both structure and spontaneity. I’ve also taught elementary art and led high school mural programs, which has allowed me to share my skills with younger generations and support creative growth in others.
Whether working on a public installation or a private commission, I bring professionalism, creativity, and a commitment to excellence to every project.
